Where possible, we will negotiate a fee arrangement with you. If this isn’t possible, we will give you an estimate of our fees and update that if things change. In either case, we will make full disclosure to you of what we charge for and your rights in relation to any bill. Payment by installments is available, at our discretion. We are on most Legal Aid panels, and can assist you with making an application if you are eligible for Legal Aid.
